Court is held once a month, usually the 2nd Friday of the month. Court sessions are now being held at the Everman City Hall located at 212 N. Race St., Everman, Texas, 76140. The preliminary docket is at 1:30 pm, the juvenile docket is at 2:30 pm and the contest docket is at 3:00 pm. You must appear in person or in writing to schedule a court date. You can't make a court date over the telephone. Please note that some cases are allowed to request a continuance with a written motion, in person or in the mail which must be filed with this court 24 hours prior to the time and date of your scheduled court date.

You may be eligible for a time payment plan in which you can make weekly, biweekly or monthly payments on your citation. If you need more than 30 days to pay your citation, the court must charge a $25.00 time pay fee that is required by the state per violation.
